Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design of user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Support user experience research, including usability testing and user feedback analysis
• Create wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and prototypes
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders
• Contribute to design systems and UI standards
• Iterate designs based on feedback, testing results, and business requirements
• Maintain design documentation and style guides

Minimum Requirements

• Degree or diploma in UI/UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field
• Basic understanding of UX principles, usability, and accessibility
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and a user-first mindset
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• A portfolio (academic or personal projects) demonstrating design thinking and UI skills

Advantageous Skills (Not Essential)

• Exposure to user research methodologies
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
