About the Role
The Electrical Production Manager: Substations role is a critical position responsible for overseeing the production and construction of electrical substations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the production and construction of electrical substations (MV/HV/LV)
- Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site execution
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors
- Ensure that all work complies with safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success
