About the Role

The Electrical Production Manager: Substations role is a critical position responsible for overseeing the production and construction of electrical substations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the production and construction of electrical substations (MV/HV/LV)
  • Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site execution
  • Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors
  • Ensure that all work complies with safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory guidelines
