Furniture Sales Consultant (Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa)
Our sales consultants provide a professional and excellent service and experience to our clients, decorators, designers, developers and architects visiting our showroom.
Responsibilities:
Consistently achieve sales targets.
Ensure high level customer satisfaction by providing excellent sales and after sales service.
Assisting clients by giving valuable advice on products, fabrics, accessories, and identifying and meeting a customer’s needs.
Maximise sales opportunities by following up with existing customers.
Act as a single point of contact for customer questions, stock enquiries and efficient product tracking for delivery.
Sales related administration
Assisting in keeping the showroom neat and tidy
Skills required:
Minimum education level: Matric.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail.
Good retail skills.
Computer literacy: Microsoft Office.
Previous background of in a customer facing environment in sales, admin and retail would be advantageous.
Positive, enthusiastic, proactive attitude.
Excellent communication and networking skills.
