As the Group Financial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing group reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS, and driving the consolidation process across multiple entities. Youll be a key partner to senior leadership, providing accurate financial insights and supporting high-level decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the full group reporting function. Lead the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements. Ensure full compliance with IFRS and relevant regulatory requirements. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles with strict deadlines. Analyse financial results and provide strategic insights to executive management. Drive improvements in reporting processes and internal controls. Liaise with auditors and manage the external audit process. Support group-level budgeting and forecasting processes. Qualifications & Experience: CA(SA) is essential. Minimum of 3 years post-article experience. Strong technical expertise in IFRS and group consolidations. Proven experience in full financial reporting at a group level. Experience within healthcare, services, or pharmaceutical sectors is advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
