About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Relationship Manager to join our team in Pretoria. As an external sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with insurance brokers and call centres to drive sales of our carTrack solutions/products.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule sales activity
- Develop and maintain a customer database (sell carTrack solutions/products to insurance brokers/Insurance Call centres)
- Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
- Plan and conduct direct marketing activities (Sales Drives )
- Make sales calls to new and existing clients
- Conduct product training
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
- Respond to sales Enquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
- Follow up on sales activity
- Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
- Carry out market research and surveys
- Participate in sales events
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
Requirements
- Completed Grade 12
- 3 Years commercial insurance sales experience (external sales – not call centre)
- Proven track record of successful and aggressive new business sales in the short term insurance industry for the past 12 months
- Sales target driven
- Ability to drive business development / cold-calling
- Solution orientated
- Strong Business Acumen with a focus on customer relations
- CRM applied experience
- Valid drivers license
