Requirements:
-Young, professional Afrikaans speaking male (As per firm`s current requirements)-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)-Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed, and admitted as an Attorney a must-Minimum 2 years post admission experience in General Litigation a must -Valid drivers license and own vehicle-Stable employment record and contactable references-Currently residing in Pretoria a must-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Attend to General Litigation for Law firm specializing in High Court Litigation, Commercial Law-, Mining Law-, Construction Law-, Corporate & Company Law matters, Debt Collection, Trust & Estates.-General Attorney duties (Court appearances, compiling legal documentation etc.)-Drafting legal documents -Client liaison -General attorney duties
Salary:
