Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

Production Operations

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily production activities.
  • Ensure production schedules are followed to meet customer order deadlines.
  • Monitor production output and adjust workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Support the coordination of raw materials, packaging materials, and production resources.
  • Assist in managing production lines for seasoning blends, flavour compounds, and related products.

Quality & Food Safety Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, GMP, and food manufacturing regulations.
  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to maintain product specifications and standards.
  • Assist with internal audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Ensure proper documentation of batch records and production logs.

Inventory & Raw Material Management

  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure raw materials are available for production.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate production records and reports.
  • Monitor key production metrics such as output, efficiency, downtime, and waste.
  • Provide production updates to the Production Manager and senior management.

Draw monthly production reports

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications

Education

  • Diploma or Degree in:
    • Food Science
    • Food Technology
    • Production Management
    • Industrial Engineering
    • Operations Management
      or a related field.

Experience

  • 35 years experience in food manufacturing or food processing.
  • Experience in seasoning, spice blending, or flavour manufacturing is an advantage.

Experience in a B2B food manufacturing environment preferred.
