Job Summary
Join our dynamic team at the LCIA Workshop, where innovation meets automation. As a crucial member of our team, you will be at the forefront of designing, enhancing, and maintaining automated systems for assembly lines. Your role will involve a diverse range of responsibilities, from integrating mechanical and electronic components to collaborating with cross-functional teams, all aimed at elevating manufacturing efficiency and quality.Primary
Responsibilities:
1. Design and Maintenance of Automated Systems: Develop and upkeep assembly line automated systems, incorporating Pick to light/Poka-yoke systems, screw counters, AGV/shooters, and other machinery.2. Engineering Collaboration: Collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to seamlessly integrate components into unified automated systems.3. PLC Programming and Control Systems: Program and configure PLCs and control systems for precision and reliability in manufacturing processes.4. Feasibility Studies and Cost Analyses: – Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for proposed automation projects, providing valuable insights for decision-making.5. Mechatronic Systems Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with mechatronic systems, addressing mechanical failures, electrical malfunctions, and software bugs.6. Predictive Maintenance Implementation: Implement predictive maintenance strategy.Educational Qualifications:-BTech Degree or Diploma in Mechatronics or Engineering
