Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance, with a focus on DOH requirements.Monitor risk management, financial integrity, and internal controls.Provide independent oversight of management and performance.Support business development and long-term sustainability of the ambulance service.Participate in audit and risk committees as appropriate.Champion ethical standards and stakeholder trust.Qualifications: ILS/ECP /qualifications or equivalent EMS credentials.
