Our Client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality glass and aluminium products, serving architects & commercial clients nationwide. As they expand their operations, theyre seeking an Assistant Stock Controller to join their dynamic logistics team.As a Stock Controller Assistant, youll play a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting stock replenishment, and ensuring that our production and delivery schedules are never compromised. Youll work closely with the Manager, warehouse teams& suppliers.Key responsibilities::a)Assisting in the daily monitoring of stock levels for glass, aluminium profiles, and related components.b)Supporting the execution of cycle counts c)Updating inventory management systems (e.g., WMS) d)Helping to process purchase orders, invoices, and supplier documentation.e)Coordinating with warehouse staff and support picking and dispatch activities.f)Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in line with Health & Safety.g)Providing timely support to the Stock Controller on reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks.Candidate must bea)High school Matric Certificate or equivalent; relevant vocational qualifications in logistics or supply chain are a plus.b)Basic knowledge of aluminium profiles if none training will be providedc)Proficiency in Microsoft packaged)Willingness to learn no experience in glass and aluminium? training provided.
