About the Role
Our client in the Media and Printing Industry is seeking an Outbound Tele Sales Agent to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for cold calling potential businesses or customers by phone, arranging appointments to call on potential customers, and delivering prepared sales scripts to persuade them to avail of Q-Photo’s products.
Key Responsibilities
• Arranging appointments with potential customers
• Cold calling potential businesses or customers
• Delivering prepared sales scripts
• Describing services and products
• Responding to questions
• Identifying and overcoming objections
• Taking the customer through the sales process
• Obtaining customer information
• Obtaining possible customer leads
• Maintaining customer/potential customer data bases
• Following up on initial contacts
• Capturing all customer interactions on the Q-Photo CRM system
Requirements
• Matric/Diploma
• 2-3 years previous experience in tele sales with a proven track record in sales
• Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans
• Computer literacy
• Valid driver’s licence and own car
