About the Role
A dynamic and fast-paced recruitment/payroll operation is seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to oversee end-to-end payroll and billing activities. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership capability, excellent systems knowledge, and a passion for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll and billing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Manually import employee, client, and placement data
- Resolve payroll and billing queries from internal teams, contractors, and clients
- Adjust and re-bill invoices, ensuring correct rates and costings
- Conduct portal rate comparisons to validate pricing and margins
Requirements
- Completed Payroll Certificate would be beneficial
- 5 – 10 years experience in Payroll
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end payroll and billing processes
- Advanced Excel skills, including macros and complex templates
Qualifications
- Completed Matric
