About the Role

The Quality Assurance Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our call centre processes, with a focus on compliance, collections, client, and financial services. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute their expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough reviews of call centre operations and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to present findings to management teams
