About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Numeral Financial Services Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and client satisfaction across the region. If you have a passion for sales, excellent people skills, and a proven track record of success in managing teams, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new advisors and ensure their successful onboarding
- Manage and guide current and future advisors to achieve sales targets
- Track and action all leads allocated to the branch staff
- Report daily sales activities and monitor branch performance via CRM system
- Identify and address any non-compliance issues with back-office team
- Ensure all brokers linked to the branch meet their training requirements
- Manage regional marketing activities and costs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date branch administration
- Collaborate with Aluma finance team to manage branch profitability
Requirements
- Effectively manage time of self and team to reach goals
- Ability to lead and manage team, developing where needed and ensuring KPIs are reached
- Ability to build strong relationships and interact comfortably with diverse groups
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to delegate work with authority, ensure staff take initiative and accountability for their own development
Qualifications
- Minimum Matric, Degree or Diploma preferred
- RE 5 (non-negotiable), RE1 (advantageous)
- NQF 5 or 120 credits in Wealth Management, Financial Planning or a similar field
- CFP (advantageous)
- At least 5 years financial services industry experience
- Well versed in Excel and MS Office
