About the Role
A catering company with an upmarket contract situated within schools and private universities seeks an experienced Catering Manager to oversee the provision of high-quality food services to their clients. The ideal candidate will be based in Pretoria, have a strong background in industrial catering, and possess excellent management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage team members to ensure consistent hygiene standards and controls
- Ensure product and service quality are maintained across all catering units
- Collaborate with the team to implement new ideas and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, ordering, and staff performance
Requirements
- Matric & relevant catering qualification
- Minimum 4 years experience in a Catering Management role within industrial catering
- Managed a team of between 7 people previously
- Strong management skills with excellent controls and hygiene standard management
Qualifications
- Completed Matric
- Relevant Catering qualification
Salary & Benefits
