Job Description

A catering company with a contract at a small private Primary School is seeking a female Catering Manager with:- Matric & relevant food and beverage qualitfication Minimum 4 years experience in a Catering Management role within industrial catering – school experience would be a solid advantage. Must have managed a team of around 5 people previously. Strong management skills and excellent at controls and consistent hygiene standard management will be a requirement. Must currently be holding a Catering Management role at a unit, they are not looking for a chef, and be based in Pretoria to qualify. Own transport essential, working on your feet, hands on working with the team to ensure the product and service is consistent and good quality. An UPDATED & detailed CV in MS Word format (starting with current position) is required, as well as a Recent head & shoulders photo, taken in the last 6 months.
