About the Role
The Governance and Corporate Manager will play a critical role in ensuring strong governance, compliance, and effective reporting across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to support governance in IT projects, develop performance metrics, and drive organisational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support governance in IT projects within the organisation
- Help develop and track the units’ performance scorecard
- Review and update the delegation of authority framework
- Assist in preparing organisational reports (quarterly and annual)
- Review remuneration for external committee members
Requirements
- Law Degree or related Corporate Governance qualification
- 4-5 years experience in a Governance and Secretariat environment at manager level
- Registered with the Chartered Institute of Governance of Southern Africa or written and pass the Governance Board exam
