About the Role
IT Ridge Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager: Financial Services Products to join our team in Pretoria. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial services products that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. With a strong background in banking product management, strategy development, and leadership, we are looking for an experienced professional to lead our Financial Service business unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement credit risk mechanisms to ensure effective management of the lending business optimally.
- Formulate comprehensive short-term and long-term products strategies aligned with Group goals and market trends.
- Lead the Credit and operations team to effectively manage the lending business, optimize product performance, and maximize revenue growth.
- Manage stakeholders’ expectations at different levels to identify areas of innovation and growth, and implement successful ideas.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance innovative thinking in the Group.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in banking product management (Lending and Savings and Investment), with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and market success.
- Strong understanding of the financial sector and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree / MBA.
- Qualification in Strategy, Leadership, Business Management, or Credit management will be an advantage.
