About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Receptionist and Administrator to join our team at J and A Admin Group Ltd. As a key member of our national switchboard, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls while providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer high-volume incoming calls in both fluent Afrikaans and English.
  • Respond to general telephone and email queries.
  • Assist with managing a busy national switchboard.
  • Process and issue invoices.
  • Send relevant documentation to customers and follow up on incomplete information.
  • Perform general office administration duties.
  • Undertake ad hoc responsibilities as required.

Requirements

  • Matric/Grade 12 qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Well-spoken in Afrikaans and English, with excellent written communication skills.
  • Professional and confident telephone etiquette, with a positive and energetic attitude.
  • Mature, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be able to handle difficult clients effectively.

Qualifications

A tertiary qualification or currently pursuing part-time tertiary studies (preferable, but not required).

Additional Information

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
