Job Description
A Dental Practice is seeking a Temporary Dental Receptionist with accounts experience to assist the team for a short-term period starting 1 April 2026. The placement will be for approximately 46 weeks, depending on practice requirements. This role is ideal for a reliable, experienced candidate who is comfortable working in a busy dental environment and handling both reception and basic accounts duties.
Start Date: 1 April 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Front desk reception and patient liaison
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Dental billing and basic accounts administration
- Working with billing systems and computer programs
- General administrative support within the practice
Minimum Requirements
- Previous dental practice experience (essential)
- Experience with accounts and billing
- Proficient in Excel, Live, and Microsoft Office
- Strong computer literacy
- Non-smoker
- Own reliable transport (essential)
- Professional, well-organised, and dependable
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:30 17:00 & Friday: 07:30 14:00
Remuneration: R7,500 R14,500 (temporary salary, depending on experience)
