A Dental Practice is seeking a Temporary Dental Receptionist with accounts experience to assist the team for a short-term period starting 1 April 2026. The placement will be for approximately 46 weeks, depending on practice requirements. This role is ideal for a reliable, experienced candidate who is comfortable working in a busy dental environment and handling both reception and basic accounts duties.

Start Date: 1 April 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Front desk reception and patient liaison
• Scheduling appointments and managing patient records
• Dental billing and basic accounts administration
• Working with billing systems and computer programs
• General administrative support within the practice

Minimum Requirements

• Previous dental practice experience (essential)
• Experience with accounts and billing
• Proficient in Excel, Live, and Microsoft Office
• Strong computer literacy
• Non-smoker
• Own reliable transport (essential)
• Professional, well-organised, and dependable

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:30 17:00 & Friday: 07:30 14:00

Remuneration: R7,500 R14,500 (temporary salary, depending on experience)
