About the Role

Safhire Consulting is seeking highly motivated and bilingual candidates to join our team in Pretoria. We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive under pressure. As a French-speaking Customer Service Agent, Sales Agent, or Administrative and Support Staff member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and supporting our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Manage sales leads and convert them into deals
  • Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks with precision
  • Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver results

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience (dependent on role)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English

Salary & Benefits

R8,500 per annum, plus commission
