About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Number Two Piggeries in Queenstown. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide essential support to our meat traders and contribute to the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management
- Maintain accurate records and files using Microsoft Excel
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to queries in a professional manner
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Grade 12 or relevant Degree/Diploma (advantageous)
- At least 5 years experience in a senior administrative role
- Punctual, organised, disciplined, and logical
- Strong willingness to learn and grow within the role
- Proven experience with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in English (verbal and written) with strong grammar and professional email skills
