About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team in Queenstown, responsible for managing the After Sales Department and ensuring total customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or auto technician experience, combined with excellent leadership and management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Departments daily operations.
- Manage the Departments finances.
- Manage the After Departments administration.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Report on the performance of the Department.
- Ensure all specified apprentice and Franchise training takes place.
- Manage people.
- Execute all agreed projects and maintain the initiative.
Requirements
- Mechanical / Auto Technician qualification.
- 3-year degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- Drivers licence.
- Computer Skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle legislation, consumer legislation and trade practices.
- Workshop Foreman experience (at least 2 years).
- Service Advisor experience (at least 1 year).
- Managerial experience.
Qualifications
- Grade 12.
- Technical qualification in Mechanical / Auto Technician field.
