BRANCH ADMINISTRATOR Randburg R10 000 Basic MID625 Midvaal Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client, for a detail-oriented and dependable Branch Administrator to support daily branch operations. This role is suited to a structured, figure-oriented individual with strong cashier and administrative experience who can manage front-office responsibilities in a busy branch environment. Role Overview To manage reception and switchboard operations, handle customer liaison, control and reconcile payments, and ensure accurate administrative support to the branch. Reporting to: Branch Manager M inimum Requirements Matric Minimum 2 years’ cashier experience Administrative experience (essential) Strong data capturing and computer literacy Accounting and reconciliation skills Key Responsibilities Receive and process cash and credit card payments from customers and drivers as per invoice Verify that payments received are accurate and properly documented according to company procedures Reconcile invoices and payments to ensure accuracy Manage reception and switchboard, directing calls appropriately Maintain filing systems and perform general administrative duties Ensure compliance with internal financial and operational procedures S kills & Competencies Strong attention to detail Figure-oriented with solid reconciliation ability Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a pressurised environment Planning and organisational skills Dependable and accountable Self-controlled and able to work independently A-Player Attributes Takes ownership Efficient and effective Strong problem-solving skills Organised and structured Driven and responsible Team player Send your CV to:
