About the Role
We are seeking qualified Electrical Pre-Paid Split Metering or Smart Metering Technicians to join our team at Bucks Bub Trading 5 cc. As an experienced technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining electrical metering systems, ensuring accurate billing and efficient energy distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain pre-paid split metering or smart metering systems
- Read and interpret meter readings
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Collaborate with customers to understand their metering needs
Requirements
- Certificates from Eskom or SETA/ EWSETA Accredited Service Providers (please see qualifications section for accepted certificates)
- 3 years of relevant experience in electrical pre-paid split metering or smart metering systems
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- Certificate from Eskom or SETA/ EWSETA Accredited Service Provider
- Relevant training in electrical installations and safety procedures
