About the Role
We are seeking an experienced FMCG Employee Relations Officer to join our team in Richards Bay, working remotely due to the nature of the role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations and labour law compliance in a unionized environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations and labour law compliance
- Conduct investigations into workplace grievances and disputes
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to prevent future incidents
- Collaborate with management and unions to resolve disputes and improve working relationships
- Maintain records of employee interactions, grievances, and labour law compliance
Requirements
- Rneg Comp Housing Degree in HR or related field
- Labour Law Diploma
- 5 years of experience in a unionized environment
- Familiarity with the CCMA Bargaining Council and Sage 300 software
- Experience working remotely due to the nature of the role
Qualifications
- Formal education in HR or related field (Rneg Comp Housing Degree)
