Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee our community schemes in Roodepoort, responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing excellent service to homeowners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sectional title schemes (Paddocks or similar) in accordance with STSMA regulations
- Administer homeowners associations (HOAs) in line with Paddocks or similar standards
- Maintain valid Fidelity Fund Certificates (FFC)
- Ensure compliance with Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service to scheme members and stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 qualification
- Sectional Title Management (STSMA) Certificate (Paddocks or similar)
- Homeowners Association (HOA) Certificate (Paddocks or similar)
- Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC)
- At least 3 years of experience in property/centre management industry
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications as mentioned above.
