About the Role
Limpopo Career Consortium (Limcaco) is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Transformation Specialist to join our team in Roodepoort. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving procurement transformation initiatives and ensuring compliance with B-BBEE regulations within our mining environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct procurement transformation initiatives to improve supplier diversity and competitiveness
- Develop and implement Preferential Procurement strategies to achieve business objectives
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and government agencies
- Analyze and interpret Mining Charter Scorecards (DMPR and DTIC) to inform procurement decisions
- Utilize SAP (MM, FI, and PM) systems to manage procurement processes and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address procurement-related issues
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Commercial / Business / Supply Chain / Procurement Management
- CIPS qualification / membership or equivalent (e.g. SAPICS)
- At least 5 years working experience in procuring for the mining environment
- 2 years of experience in a procurement transformation position
- Knowledge of B-BBEE regulations and Mining Charter Scorecards (DMPR and DTIC)

- Formal education/certifications: Please submit SAPS Certified copies of qualifications and ID in PDF.
