Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Establish, maintain, and control a Cardex system, including minimum and maximum stock levels
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Sage Evolution
Maintain and control critical spare parts
Ensure a maximum 3-day turnaround time for processing supplier invoices
Handle all purchase orders and negotiate pricing with suppliers
Maintain and manage a list of preferred suppliers
Supervise and manage the Stores Assistant
Ensure all Cardex records are kept up to date at all times
Control and manage access to the store
Authorize and issue high-value or critical parts
Issue, balance, and control PPE stock
Control and manage the night shift toolbox
Organize and manage logistics for the workshop vehicle and courier vehicle
Conduct a full stock take once per month
Ensure the store is kept clean, organized, and orderly
