About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Property Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance standards, and owner and guest experience across our exclusive collection of 26 luxury cottages along the West Coast. As a dynamic and hands-on leader, you will be responsible for delivering seamless service and maintaining impeccable property standards in a fast-moving, service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational management of 26 luxury cottages
- Ensure all properties are maintained to exceptional luxury standards
- Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance across the portfolio
- Manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers
- Liaise closely with property owners, maintaining strong professional relationships
- Oversee guest readiness, ensuring cottages are flawlessly prepared for arrivals
- Resolve guest or owner concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Manage housekeeping coordination and quality control
- Monitor property condition, reporting, and improvement planning
- Ensure smooth operational flow across seasonal occupancy fluctuations
Requirements
- 2 – 5 years’ experience in luxury property, villa, or hospitality management
- Proven experience managing high-end guest or owner expectations
- Strong operational and maintenance coordination experience
