About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate with a strong background in Corporate Finance to join our team. As a CA(SA) with 6 years of post-article experience, you will be responsible for providing expert financial analysis and valuation services to our clients. You will work closely with our portfolio companies to deliver high-quality results and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete thorough due diligence investigations
- Develop discussion papers and transaction proposals
- Liaise effectively with portfolio companies
- Prepare portfolio company reports and presentations
- Apply various valuation techniques, including DCF, EV to EBITDA, EV to EBIT, PE, and P/NAV
- Analyze financial statements and company performance
Requirements
- 3 years of Corporate Finance experience in valuations, pitch decks, NDA, etc.
- Strong understanding of discounted cash flow (DCF) and other valuation techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Chartered Accountant (SA) designation
