About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Associate (CA(SA)) to join our team in Sandton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance and valuation, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work effectively with portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and complete due diligence investigations for potential investments
- Conduct thorough analysis of financial statements and company performance
- Develop discussion papers and transaction proposals
- Liaise with portfolio companies to ensure timely delivery and meeting of deadlines
- Provide regular portfolio company reporting
Requirements
- CA(SA) qualification with at least 3 years’ experience in corporate finance
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a valuation role
- Strong understanding and application of various valuation techniques, including DCF, EV to EBITDA, EV to EBIT, PE, and P/NAV
- Ability to complete thorough due diligence investigations and produce high-quality reports
