About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to our CEO in a fast-paced consulting firm based in Woodmead, Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and detail-oriented individual with strong organisational ability, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEOs calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Take minutes at executive and general meetings
- Handle calls, emails, and communications on behalf of the CEO
- Assist with planning and execution of special projects and initiatives
- Track timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups across departments
- Act as liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Draft and distribute communications on behalf of the executive office
- Develop and manage company social media content and strategy
- Monitor engagement and compile performance reports
- Assist with marketing-related activities and branding initiatives
- Organise executive meetings, conferences, and corporate events
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field (advantageous)
Qualifications
- 25 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar C-suite support role
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to operational sites when required
- Clean criminal record
