Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Invoicing Clerk to join our team. Reporting to the Financial Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices, ensuring accurate accounting records, and resolving any billing discrepancies. The ideal candidate must possess strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and issue invoices Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records Resolve billing discrepancies Ensure timely collection of payments Assist with financial reporting tasks How to apply
