Hire Resolve is seeking a driven and ambitious Junior Articled Clerk CTA with a passion for accounting and auditing to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have completed their Certificate in the Theory of Accounting (CTA) and have a desire to pursue a career in audit and assurance services. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist senior auditors in planning and executing audit engagements in accordance with auditing standards
2. Perform audit procedures including testing of controls, substantive testing, and auditing of financial statements
3. Analyze client financial data and prepare financial statements in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
4. Identify and communicate audit findings to clients and provide recommendations for improvement
5. Assist with the preparation of audit reports and other documentation required for regulatory compliance
6. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge of auditing standards
7. Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure effective communication and delivery of high-quality audit services
Requirements:
1. Completed Certificate in the Theory of Accounting (CTA) from a recognized institution
2. Strong understanding of auditing principles and practices
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate professionally with clients
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
6. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
7. Prior experience in auditing or accounting is preferred but not required
