About the Role
HotelJobs, a leading luxury lifestyle management and concierge service company, is seeking a highly skilled Lifestyle Manager to join their Johannesburg office. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to Senior Management and Lifestyle Managers, while also serving as a private Lifestyle Manager for members utilizing Qforce, email, and telephonic platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the Senior Management team and Lifestyle Managers within the department
- Assist members as a private Lifestyle Manager using Qforce, email, and telephonic platforms according to prescribed service level agreements (SLA)
- Collaborate with the Brand Relations Manager to research, compile, and draft territories membership newsletter and daily media summary
- Maintain events listing and contacts database up-to-date and accessible to authorized persons
- Ensure Johannesburg office compliance with PCI DSS requirements and procedures regarding access of authorized and non-authorized persons
- Act as the first point of contact for the Johannesburg office, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures
- Attend company-organized events when necessary, assist with execution, and interact with attendees as an ambassador
Requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in fluent English (other languages advantageous)
