About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven New Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team at a leading dealership in Sandton, South Africa. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, building a motivated team, and growing market share while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and grow market share
- Build and motivate a high-performing sales team
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability
- Manage dealership operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience within the motor industry
- Proven experience in a Sales Management role at a dealership
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing teams
- Excellent understanding of vehicle sales processes and dealership operations
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Ability to meet sales targets and drive profitability
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Computer literacy (dealership management system experience will be advantageous)
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification
- Valid drivers license
Qualifications
- Management certification (advantageous)
Salary & Benefits
R 30 000 – R 35 000 per annum, plus car, commission, bonuses, and benefits.
