Sales Administrator – Sandton – Rneg depending on experience.
A well-established energy-sector organization is hiring Sales Administrators to support its sales team. The role involves managing customer accounts, coordinating internal processes, and ensuring smooth sales operations.
The position includes handling customer inquiries, maintaining CRM records, preparing sales reports, tracking progress, coordinating with logistics, finance, and operations, supporting scheduling and follow-ups for sales reps, and providing after-sales assistance.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree (preferred)
- 2+ years in sales admin or customer service
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
