Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing all aspects of construction projects, from inception to completion.
2. Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
3. Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
4. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
5. Monitoring progress and performance of construction teams.
6. Identifying and addressing any issues that may arise during the construction process.
7. Communicating effectively with clients, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
8. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
9. Providing regular progress reports to senior management.
Requirements:
1. Relevant qualification in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Site Agent in the Sandton built environment.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
4. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
8. Valid driver’s license.
