About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spanish-speaking Travel Specialist to join a luxury hospitality group based in Sandton. As an experienced travel professional, you will be responsible for creating exceptional, tailor-made travel experiences across Africa.

Key Responsibilities

Design creative, bespoke FIT leisure itineraries with a strong focus on detail and guest experience
Manage the full reservations process from initial enquiry through to final confirmation, including invoicing and travel documentation
Ensure strict adherence to turnaround times in line with company standards
Proactively sell products and services to create the best possible itineraries for guests
Maintain consistent and clear communication with agents, guests, colleagues, and suppliers
Deliver exceptional service levels at all times

Requirements

Minimum of 35 years experience in inbound tour operating
Strong DMC knowledge of at least two of the following regions: South Africa, Southern Africa, East Africa
In-depth knowledge of Tourplan or a similar reservations system
Proficient in WETU
Fluent in both written and spoken Spanish (preferably South American Spanish) and English
