About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Rental Administration Assistant to join our team in Somerset West. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our rental management platform, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation, and providing general administrative support to the rental team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the rental management platform
- Monitor and follow up on rental payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on rental systems
- Process tenant applications
- Prepare lease agreements, renewals, and supporting documentation
- Maintain organised filing systems and records
- Track lease agreements and ensure all documentation remains current and compliant
- Provide general administrative support to the rental team
Requirements
Previous experience in property rental administration, real estate administration, or a similar administrative role. Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail.
