About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support across multiple business functions. This role is critical in ensuring smooth workflow, accurate documentation, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with debtor account management and follow-ups
- Support collections processes and maintain accurate debtor records
- Reconcile account information and help resolve discrepancies
- WCD (Workflow Control Documents) Management: Scan and electronically file WCDs, verify accuracy and completeness of all documentation
- Assist in processing and closing open WCDs
- Track, monitor, and maintain documentation in an organized manner
- Capture and process sales orders accurately
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve order-related queries
- Contact customers to confirm or update information
- Follow up on outstanding documentation or queries
- Deliver professional, courteous customer service at all times
- Perform physical and electronic filing tasks
- Maintain and update records within the M-Files system
- Ensure documents are properly categorized and easily accessible
- Support daily operational needs as required
Requirements
- 13 years of administrative experience
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, data entry systems, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
