What you will be doing Supporting the Restaurant Manager with daily operations across a 24 hour service cafe Overseeing In Room Dining, mini bars and poolside service Delivering exceptional guest experiences with charm, urgency and finesse Keeping service smooth, professional and consistent Helping drive sales, upselling and guest delight Training, coaching and uplifting your team Ensuring all standards, procedures and service expectations are met Maintaining top notch presentation, accuracy and attention to detail ? What you need to bring A hospitality related Diploma 4 years experience in a luxury 4 or 5 star restaurant or hotel At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role Strong communication skills with solid English Confident using POS systems and stock management platforms Good understanding of restaurant financials Flexible to work shifts, weekends and holidays Highly presentable with a love for guest interaction Bonus points Micros experience WSET Level 1 or 2 Strong wine and service knowledge A natural flair for hosting If you enjoy variety, thrive under pressure and love being that friendly, reliable face on the floor, this could be your next home.
