Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the SME and commercial segments
  • Drive lead generation through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry engagement
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Engage directly with key decision-makers (e.g. CFOs, Finance Managers, Business Owners)

Sales Execution

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure and onboarding
  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations
  • Clearly articulate the value of bulk payment and digital financial solutions
  • Convert opportunities into long-term, revenue-generating relationships

Client Relationship Management

  • Build trusted, consultative relationships with clients
  • Act as a subject matter expert in digital payments and SME financial workflows
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and collaboration with internal teams

Pipeline & Performance Management

  • Manage and maintain accurate sales activity through CRM systems
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Track pipeline performance and drive continuous improvement

Market & Industry Insight

  • Stay up to date with trends in FinTech, digital payments, and SME financial solutions
  • Understand competitor offerings and identify market opportunities
  • Provide feedback to enhance product positioning and go-to-market strategy

Requirements

  • 5–6 years’ B2B sales experience in FinTech / payments / banking
  • Degree / Diploma – non-negotiable 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience selling digital or bulk payment solutions to SMEs
  • Strong prospecting, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Confident engaging senior decision-makers
