About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barman to join our team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in a fast-paced bar environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic & Non-Alcoholic Beverages to guests
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well stocked Bar
- Take and process orders efficiently and accurately
- Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Handle guest / staff bar bills on POS system
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending in a hotel, bar, Lodge or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of Cocktails, wines, beers and spirits
- Excellent communications and customer service skills
- Ability to work as a waiter/butler when needed
- Professional, reliable and team orientated
- Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
