About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bartender to join our team at a 5-star resort in South Africa. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional bar service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. With a strong background in mixology and excellent communication skills, we are looking for someone who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide top-notch service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to guests
- Provide professional, engaging bar service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area
- Assist with stock control and minimise wastage
- Support special events, themed evenings, and other bar-related activities
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Bartender in a hotel or cocktail bar
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and mixology
- Excellent English communication skills
- Confident, outgoing, and guest-facing personality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, premium environment

- Completed secondary education (Matric)
