Duties:
 
Designing unique dishes and specials that pair well with house-brewed beers.
Overseeing all kitchen operations, quality control, sanitation, and staff scheduling.
Training, motivating, and managing kitchen teams.
Managing food purchasing, inventory, and budgets.
Understanding the brewing process and flavour profiles to enhance food pairings will be an advantage.
Handling marketing, POS systems, and analysing reports.
 
Requirements:
 
High school Diploma
Formal Culinary qualification will be an advantage
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in various kitchen positions, including a prior role as a Head Chef or an experienced Sous Chef
 A food safety and sanitation certificate
Knowledge of the brewing process, different beer styles, and the ability to create food pairings that complement the beer offerings is a significant advantage.
