? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is partnering with an exclusive luxury safari group in Tanzania to recruit a visionary & commercially astute ??????? ???????? This is an exciting executive opportunity for an accomplished hospitality leader to oversee multiple properties The Country Director is responsible for the overall strategic and operational leadership of multiple high-end properties within the group. Reporting directly to the Director and working closely with the CFO and shareholders, this role ensures operational excellence, brand integrity, financial discipline, and sustainable growth across the cluster. This position requires a highly visible, decisive, and inspirational leader who can translate board-level strategy into measurable operational results. You will drive performance through strong General Managers and senior operational heads, ensuring world-class guest experiences while maintaining rigorous compliance, risk management, and governance standards. The role demands exceptional commercial awareness, emotional intelligence, and the ability to lead in a dynamic, multi-property, remote safari environment. This is a career-defining opportunity for a seasoned hospitality executive seeking to lead at the highest level within one of East Africas premier luxury safari portfolios. Only candidates meeting the above criteria will be considered. The Ideal Candidate 8+ years senior operational leadership experience within luxury hospitality, safari, or eco-tourism environments Proven track record managing multi-property / multi-site operations with consistent delivery of exceptional luxury guest experiences Strong commercial acumen with demonstrable financial oversight, budget accountability, and cost control experience Strategic thinker with disciplined execution capability and measurable performance delivery Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire senior teams and drive accountability across remote operations Extensive experience operating in multicultural, remote, and logistically complex environments, including field logistics and infrastructure oversight Strong understanding of compliance, governance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks (East Africa experience highly advantageous) Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and crisis management skills, supported by high emotional intelligence Willingness to travel extensively across remote properties Fluent in English; Kiswahili and prior East African experience highly desirable Stable career history with contactable references and impeccable professional integrity ????????????
