About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team and drive business growth through data-driven insights. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets, as well as designing and maintaining interactive dashboards using Power BI.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and analyze large datasets
- Test and validate data integration solutions
- Translate complex findings into compelling visuals and clear narratives
- Produce meaningful, data-driven recommendations
- Act as a bridge between clients, business users, and technical teams
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Power BI)
- Build intuitive filters and user-friendly reporting interfaces
- Identify improvements in reporting flows and decision frameworks
- Promote strong data management principles
- Expand and enhance the primary database via APIs and historical data integrations
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power Query, Power BI, R, and/or Python
- API integration and database management experience
- Experience with financial, production, or agriculture datasets highly advantageous
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
