About the Role

The Director of Sales & Marketing will drive the commercial launch strategy, positioning, and revenue growth for an internationally branded property. Responsible for building market presence locally and internationally, with a strong focus on rooms, MICE, F&B, and corporate segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute pre-opening commercial strategy and go-to-market plan
  • Build local and international corporate, government, diplomatic, and leisure segments
  • Establish pricing strategy, segmentation, and revenue optimization in collaboration with Revenue Management
  • Lead digital strategy, brand positioning, PR, and partnerships
  • Build and lead high-performing sales team
  • Drive MICE and group business for meetings & events facilities
  • Deliver revenue targets across rooms, F&B, and ancillary streams

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in senior commercial leadership within international branded hotels
  • Proven pre-opening experience advantageous
  • Strong network within corporate, diplomatic, and regional travel markets
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in French & English
