About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Entertainment Manager to join our team at HotelJobs’ resort in Sani Pass. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a diverse entertainment program that enhances the guest experience through exciting activities, live entertainment, and interactive events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a diverse entertainment program for guests of all ages.
  • Organize and oversee daily activities and themed events.
  • Engage with guests to ensure participation and enjoyment of resort activities.
  • Coordinate with external performers, vendors, and suppliers for entertainment services.
  • Work closely with other departments (F&B, Marketing, and Front Office) to align entertainment offerings with the resorts overall guest experience.
  • Manage the entertainment budget, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution.
  • Ensure all entertainment activities comply with health; safety, and hospitality standards.

Requirements

Previous experience as an Entertainment Manager / Activities Coordinator in a resort, cruise ship, or similar hospitality environment. Strong event planning and guest engagement skills. Energetic, creative, and passionate about entertainment and hospitality. Ability to manage a team of entertainers, performers, or activity coordinators. Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
